Yes we do! We are now also at World Square.

Can I lay-by?
Yes you can, but only on full-priced items. A four week lay-by is available to all customers with a 20% deposit.
Ownership of the goods does not pass until the final payment has been made.
Final payment must be made within 4 weeks of purchase. If final payment is not made within that time, a 20% cancellation fee of that lay-by will apply. Any remaining balance will be returned with a store credit note.
Your docket must be presented when making payments or collecting goods.
Payments cannot be transferred from one docket to another.
Goods cannot be exchanged or part of purchase taken.

Do you guys have Loyalty cards?
We don’t have loyalty cards as such, but if you become a member on our web site by subscribing to our newsletter you will receive regular offers and discounts via email.

Can I put an item on hold
Yes you can. We do hold full priced items for a 24 hour period, but we do not hold over the weekend at Wynyard.

Can you get me something in that you have sold out of in the store?
We can most definitely do this if there are still sizes available at the suppliers. We will certainly try our best to get what ever it is you’re after into the store ASAP. You can leave your name in our order book and we will let you know when it has arrived.

What are your return policies?
Any return is subject to exchange or credit note only.
Return/Exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
Return/Exchange only with swing tags in place.
No Return/Exchange on sale items.
No soiled or damaged items returned or exchanged.
No Refund on change of mind purchase.
Proof of purchase required on any return or exchange.
